Because of its size the special large rectangular was made with a slightly curved back so that it conforms a bit to the wrist. Its wonderfully thin sculpted case with faceted lugs is only just over 7.5mm including thick including the crystal.
This gorgeous Art Deco Patek has really captured our hearts. It is powered by its original handwound Patek movements with eight adjustments - five for chronometer positions and three for heat, cold, and even isochronism. Isochronism is the amount of wind left in the movement. Most watches slow down slightly as their power reserve moves toward empty. That is not the case with this watch - it is very high-grade.
Its original long and hinged 18K gold is excellent condition with fairly light signs of previous polishing. It retains a very clear foreign hallmark. Its dial may have been refinished very well in vintage times or may be original. Its raised Patek Philippe lettering is still intact.
Its movement is keeping accurate time. One of our watchmakers performed any needed servicing and installed a new mineral glass crystal.
